What is a birth chart?

A birth chart, or natal chart, is a map of the sky at the moment you were born. It shows where the Sun, Moon and planets were, which zodiac signs they were in, and which of the twelve houses (areas of life) they fall into.

Can I get a birth chart without my birth time?

Yes. Without a time we can show the signs of your Sun, Moon and planets (the Moon may be uncertain if it changed sign that day). The rising sign and houses need a birth time. Our birth-time discovery can help you estimate it.

Which house system do you use?

Placidus, the most widely used system in modern Western astrology. When the birth place or time is estimated, or for births above the polar circles, we use Whole Sign houses, which are more forgiving.
