Heart chakra

The heart chakra sits in the centre of the chest and is linked with the colour green (sometimes pink) and the element of air.
It is the bridge between the lower chakras, which are about the body and the world, and the upper chakras, which are about mind and spirit. In the chakra tradition it is the home of love: for others, and just as much for yourself.
When the heart is open, giving and receiving feel natural, and forgiveness becomes a little easier.
