Throat chakra
Blue · the throat · expression, truth and communication
The throat chakra sits at the throat and is linked with the colour blue and the element of sound.
In the chakra tradition it is the centre of expression: speaking your truth, listening well, and sharing your ideas with the world. It's connected with singing, writing and every honest conversation.
When this energy flows, your words match what you feel, and others can really hear you.
